Yesterday Morning I heard a bird song through the screen of my side door that sounded like a slow Black-headed Grosebeak but I knew that it was not quite right for a BHGR. So I tried to find it in my neighbords huge cottonwood tree which is where the song was coming from. I then saw the bird fly away without any good looks but when I spoke to my neighbor Aran Meyer he was able to confirm that it was a Red-eyed Vireo.
