As an appendix to Ted Floyd's comments about Red-eyed Vireos, I looked at the
REVI page in the Colorado Breeding Bird Atlas (the first atlas). We confirmed
breeding in two blocks and reported probable or possible breeding in four other
Denver/Boulder blocks; one confirmed and 3 possibles around Pueblo. Along the
South Platte as it heads for Nebraska, 10 more reports, and five in the greater
Las Animas area. Reports came from 1% of the Atlas blocks, so it's definitely a
scarce breeder in Colorado.

So far in Atlas II, we have only 4 reports, all from greater Denver, no
confirmations. The Atlas welcomes any supplements to its data for scarce
species, even if not in priority blocks.

We urge all Cobirders to contribute. Those of you who like to travel could go
to places where we have few data -- you might find something new for the area
or even for the state!
