While you did, of course, use the term 'aggregation' correctly...I just love words used to describe groups of things.
As a group of geese is called a 'gaggle'; a group of vultures is called a committee or a venue. Vultures circling in the sky are called a kettle of vultures. Perhaps because they look rather like the liquid funnel created when stirring a pot? My favorite word for a group of these birds is 'wake'..."A wake of vultures." Sounds like this wake was followed by a very large (and fast) procession. Heh, heh, heh. Gallows humor? Nah, I just like words. Musta been cool to see so many...at my age, I'd have been nervous!
