Birding the Boulevard during the mtn bike race yesterday, one SWAINSON'S
HAWK circled above the riders, a single White-faced Ibis flew over the
racers before the race began at 6:30 a.m, Yellow-rumped Warblers flycatched
along the road between riders and a Wilson's Warbler was among the many
Yellow-rumps and Chipping Sparrows along the Boulevard near the RR crossing.
Many RUFUS HUMMINGBIRDS are coming to the feeder where I am staying on
private property in the area.
Good birding,
Judy Meredith
