In the spirit of documenting the species' expansion, I'll mention that a White-winged Dove continues to sing almost every morning from the tops of buildings in my housing complex. I have heard it on about 10 of 16 days in August so far. A few Eurasian Collared-Doves are also still singing. Other than that, the dawn chorus is pretty much done for the year.
