Yesterday around 7-7:15 PM at the Immigration Detention Center in
Aurora (a few blocks west of 30th and Peoria), a nighthawk flew
over. I was doing something else and could not distinguish whether
it was a Common or Lesser, but since I almost never see any
nighthawks much after Labor Day, this seemed notable. -Elena K
