Hi all, Deb Carstenson and I saw one Common Nighthawk flycatching over a meadow and Spruce/Fir habitat in Rocky Mountain National Park[western side]. This was on 9/23, in Grand County. Elevation is about 8900 feet at this location, and the location was about 6 miles beyond and after, the western entrance to RMNP. Like so many other folks, I have seen very few this summer.
