COBIRDERS, In an article I read recently, there is a reference to a BOULDER LAKE (formerly Hilcrest Reservoir). The article was published in 1956 and at that time there was a "steam power plant" which I think was cooled using water from the lake. Today there is a Hillcrest Reservoir next to Valmont. Does anyone know the actual identity and location of "Boulder Lake"?
