Hi Birders,

We were heading for a pretty good day – a little like yesterday, with a slow
start but sparrows and Yellow-rumpeds increasing as the morning progressed -
until strong winds kicked in about 9:30, forcing an early closing. Hoping for
a calmer day (weatherwise) tomorrow. 19 banded:

House Wren 1
Hermit Thrush 2
Orange-crowned Warbler 2
Yellow-rumped Warbler – Myrtle 1
Wilson’s Warbler 4
Spotted Towhee 1
Chipping Sparrow 4
White-crowned Sparrow – Gambel’s 3
House Sparrow 1

Closed day is Wednesday. Otherwise open all week.
