This afternoon I saw a juvenile Red-headed Woodpecker in the Cattail
Marsh Area just west of the ponds in back of the Nature Center
building. There were about 8 beautiful Wood Ducks on south Rice's
Pond in addition to a couple of Double-crested Cormorants, several
Mallards and 4 Pied-billed Grebes.
