Participants can meet FRIDAY EVENING, 12/31 at the El Rancho Motel (PHONE 620/697-2117) in Elkhart, Kansas, or at 830AM Saturday AM in the Elkhart cemetery for area assignments. **This year the Kenton (Black Mesa), Oklahoma CBC will be conducted on SUNDAY, January 02, 2011. Participants can meet in Kenton at 845AM CST the morning of the count for count circle assignments.
