The previously reported White-winged and Black Scoter were both present in the northeast corner of Baseline Reservoir (Boulder) at 1045 hours this morning. The White-wing Scoter extends its wings slightly as it dived, giving very nice looks at the white secondaries, on the other hand the Black Scoter was not using its wings during its dives.
