I spent the morning doing a waterfowl count along Boulder Creek west of 95th 
St. Most of this area is "access by permit only," but many of the interesting 
birds can be seen along the White Rocks Trail. There was heavy frost on 
everything, making for a spectacular morning. The highlights included two 
groups of EASTERN BLUEBIRDS, 1 imm/female ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK soaring over 
Gunbarrel Hill, and 1 HERMIT THRUSH (hatch yr). Complete run-down below.
