The Ross's goose was in the same spot this morning, seen easily from the
southwest side of the large building at the marina; the bird was very close
to the shore.
A northern shrike was seen also. Location: after entering the park from the
west side, drive past the marina side road, and past the picnic tables. The
road makes a fairly sharp turn 90 degrees to the left. The bird was along
the row of trees to the south at this point.
