Hi All,

Went to Red Rocks after 8 a.m. this morning and scattered some seed. Will do so Tues. & Wed. of this week, but no guarantees beyond that. You might want to bring some seed after Wed. morning.

Between 8:30 and 9:07, the White-throated Sparrow showed up on the high wall to the left of the lower apple tree and fed for some time. The Golden-crowned Sparrow fed under the lower apple tree for a number of minutes ( as did the 1st year White-crowned), and finally the 1st year Harris's Sparrow came out and fed on the wall where I originally saw the White-throated. The Curve-billed Thrasher was a no show this morning (I did see it yesterday), and there were no Rosy-Finches to be seen.

I'm betting we might have Rosy-Finches tomorrow morning or Wed. Will keep you posted.
