Made a couple of visits to Spring Park resr, El Jebel today Tuesday. Thanks to Linda, Mary and Shep for the excellent company and spotting skills on the first visit. Combined highlights included . Peregrine Falcon -adult female at a guess - made a pass at a couple of flying Canada Geese . American White Pelican c70 flying high NW down the Roaring Fork Valley . Horned Grebe 1 . Barrow's Goldeneye 5+ . Northern Pintail pair . Franklin's Gull 26 . California Gull 3 . Ring-billed Gull 3 . Lesser Yellowlegs 1 . Dowitcher spp 7 - very distant . Wilson's Snipe 2 . Virginia Rail 2 . Lewis's Woodpecker 1+ .
