COBirders, This morning and early afternoon there was an Arctic Tern at the 
Headquarters Pond portion of Chico Basin Ranch (day use fee).  It was still 
there when I left around 1 P.M.  Other birds El Paso County American Redstart - 
1 2nd yr male at the now closed banding station and 1 female at the ranch house 
known as the CasitaBlack-and-white Warbler - 1 female by the port-a-potties at 
the banding station Willow Flycatcher - 3 singing at banding station.  At least 
3 Trail's type (prob Willows) at banding stationGRAY-CHEEKED THRUSH- 1 at the 
Casita and one at the banding station - I will submit a report to the 
CBRCSummer Tanager - 1 female at banding stationRed-headed Woodpecker - at the 
banding station and prob same bird at the Casita Pueblo County ARCTIC TERN - 
new ranch record if my report is accepted by the CBRC - seen perched (no leg 
look, mostly red bill, sometimes quite close; tons of photos)a few Willow 
Flycatchers at Rose Pond still lots of Swainson's Thrushes Lincoln's Sparrows, 
Western Tanagers, Black-headed Grossbeaks and other migrants to look at all of
