This morning Theresa & I had a female American Three-toed Woodpecker working a
dead pine right off the Pancake Rocks Trail in Teller County. We also enjoyed
encountering a number of other montane species on our hike, including Gray Jay,
Clark's Nutcracker, Hermit Thrush, Wilson's Warbler, and Red Crossbill.
