This morning we heard a Yellow-billed Cuckoo call, then Paul saw it fly to a box elder tree...we left our breakfast and went looking for it (it had ceased to call)...when Paul finally found it...we were thrilled to see 2! Were able to actually watch them skulkingly forage for food...so happy they are still here...there is finally some water back in our creek with the developing of a new spring for our sub-division.
