With the understanding that "a reliable spot" and "accessible" are relitive terms when talking about Ptarmigans. Does anyone know of an accessible, reliable spot to find White-Tailed Ptarmigan? I have tried 3 times for this bird and it continues to evade me. Matt Stenger Hamilton, OH
