Sunday afternoon, a trip around the archery range at Fort Carson's Turkey Creek Recreation Area (accessible off Rt 115), yielded 3 Band-tailed Pigeons (feeding on acorns) and at least 6 Lewis' Woodpeckers. Doug Kibbe and Mackenzie Goldthwait Littleton
