Banding was cancelled yesterday at Chico Basin Ranch due to extremely
windy/wet weather, but we had a good day today with a total of 68 birds
banded- 20 species:

Western Wood-pewee- 3
Hammond's Flycatcher- 1
Dusky Flycatcher- 1
Gray Flycatcher- 1
Cordilleran Flycatcher- 2
Warbling Vireo- 1 (first of season)
Red-eyed Vireo- 1
House Wren- 2
Swainson's Thrush- 5
Hermit Thrush- 3
American Robin- 12
Gray Catbird- 3
Northern Mockingbird- 1
Orange-crowned Warbler- 2
Yellow Warbler- 2
American Redstart-1
Wison's Warbler- 24
Chipping Sparrow- 2
Lincoln's Sparrow- 1

That brings our season total to 382 birds banded, 44 species.
