Greetings All,
Today a number of us scoured the "inlet channel" for the goodies there yesterday, and found none of them. Our consolation prize was a Blackpoll Warbler, and a modestly late OS Flycatcher. There were also 4+ Common Terns and 3 adult Herring Gulls at the "point" where the inlet enters the reservoir and a Sabine's Gull flying out over the reservoir. Akron was nearly birdless, except for a very uncooperative MacGillivray's/Mourning Warbler. Last Chance was moderately birdy. Initially, the highlight was a Nashville Warbler, but an adult BW Hawk that swept in about 5pm, allowing for photos, took top prize.
