Still present as a 2:15 pm. It was on the water when I arrived at the fishing platform around 1:45 and proceeded to fly circles around the northern part of the lake after that, occasionally disappearing to the SW part of the reservoir. It chased 2 different Ring-billed Gulls while I was watching it, and it made 1 close pass allowing me to take a few photos. If any of them are worth sharing I'll post a link later this evening.
