I didn't have any great photos, so I went for quantity over quality! I included some (very!) poor quality shots that still managed to show helpful field marks, for what it's worth. Also, on my way back to the car I ran into a Downy Woodpecker. Ordinarily not something I'd stop and pay much attention too, but having recently read Tony Leukering's "In The Scope" article in the most recent Colorado Birds (Oct 2011) on field identifiable forms of Downy and Hairy Woodpeckers, I figured I should take a second look.
