Hamilton Reservoir (Larimer) west of the Buckeye Exit on I-25
*Long-tailed Duck (3)
Red-breasted Merganser (4)
Bufflehead (1 pair)
Hooded Merganser (1f or imm)
Horned Grebe (5)
Ruddy Duck (10+)

Pawnee Grasslands
very few birds
Northern Shrike (on Weld CR49 w of 57 at a farmstead)

Crow Valley Campground
*Red-bellied Woodpecker (1f)  no doubt same individual that has been present 
for a few months
*Northern Mockingbird (1) near the cattle water hole and big olive n of the 
gate leading to the Mourning Dove Trail/primitive camping
Northern Shrike (1) north of the nw corner of the campground
Downy Woodpecker (at least 1 each of "mountain" and "eastern" types)
Townsend's Solitaire (2)
[6 of the 10 species present near the campground, including the Red-bellied 
Woodpecker, are eating Russian-olives]

no Snowy Owls
no Lapland Longspurs
Total of 2 buteos on the PNG (1 Ferruginous, 1 Rough-legged) - this seems like 
a pathetic total
