A Wild Turkey was seen on Prospect, 100 yards east of Bow Mar Dr. today. I
thought this was nuts, but she, a female, crossed the Prospect St. Wild, I
wonder? Years ago, I believe in the southeast Bow Mar area , which is now
Grant Ranch, there were a few Turkeys seen on a Christmas count[in this Grant
Ranch area.]. The Turkey came out from a very shaded, shrubby, area, that had
loads of leaves on the ground.Origin unknown I would say, as far as the bird
seen today. Gobble, gobble,Tina Jones,Littleton, Jefferson County, CO.
