Just a slight addition to Kathanne's Dinosaur Ridge report- I was one of the early birders (11:30 am -1 pm) on the west side of Dinosaur Ridge who missed the Roadrunner, but I did see one Scrub Jay north of the top of the hill, down the road toward the west entrance. There was also a Kestrel who flew over sometime before the arrival of Joe Roller and Dave Leatherman, and then we saw two different Sharp Shinned Hawks fly over from north to south at different times. I also caught a fleeting glimpse and heard a small flock of Bushtits. Bushtits have also been appearing at my suet feeder in Niwot regularly- the come in quickly, feed voraciously, and fly off just as quickly. They never feed at the seed feeders, only the suet. -Elena Klaver
