Hi Connie, Great Photo! I've been watching several intergrades in my back yard too. One looks like the bird in your photo - like a std red-shafted with the addition of a red V on the nape and another one that also has a mix of red and yellow tail feathers. I think it's cool how an ordinary species can make winter back-yard birding more interesting.
