So far as our meager stream is concerned (located at the same parallel but 4 miles further north than John Vanderpoel in Niwot), we had first broadtailed hummers coming through on July 2; a Black-chinned on 7/5; increasing BTLH in succeeding days; a gorgeous Rufous on the 14th; and lots more BTLH after that with, I suspect, a few female calliopes. Today a beautiful male Calliope. I haven't had time to check on the feeders much, but this gives me a glimpse of what's going on.
