This afternoon between 1:00 and 1:30 I saw and photographed (poor quality, but sufficient to confirm) a Yellow-throated Vireo along the Poudre River Trail near the parking lot at the southern end of Riverbend Ponds Natural Area in Fort Collins. I saw the bird briefly then took a couple of quick photos from a fair distance, and then it flew off and I could not locate it again, but I was only there about 20 minutes total; and I never heard it. The photos are blurry, but show the yellow and white body, the brighter yellow around the eye, the white wing bars, and the larger bill of a vireo. The photos can be seen here: https://picasaweb.google.com/105742165113837247842/YellowThroatedVireoPoudreTrail4Sept2012 # There were also several Wilson's Warblers. Brad Biggerstaff Fort Collins
