Here are my bird highlights recently: Sept 28th:
Osprey Picnic Area in Rock Canyon, Pueblo County: Yellow-throated Warbler - 1 (this has to be the same bird seen on 9/21-23) Blue-headed Vireo - 1 (one was present 9/21-23, perhaps the bird) Townsend's Warbler - <10 Florence River Park, Fremont County: Indigo Bunting - 1 male Townsend's Warbler - 1 Pueblo West, Pueblo County: Western Scrub-Jay - 1 in my yard I birded Florence River Park on Sunday and Monday: Red-eyed Vireo - 1 on Monday, 24 Sept also, single Yellow and MacGillivray's Warblers on Sept 24th Single Green Heron and Townsend's Warbler on Sunday, 23 Sept, no luck with the Blackburnian Warbler either day.
