Birders, The John Martin Reservoir CBC will be held on Monday, December 17th. The Rocky Ford CBC will be held on Tuesday, December 18th.
I hope these dates avoid conflict with other established dates, and that birders will come from far and near to help.
The first two birds at my feeder this morning were a red Fox Sparrow and a Harris' Sparrow. I am hoping they stick around, as well as the male Red-bellied Woodpecker that is becoming regular at my feeders.
