I had a report from Jinx Cooper that he located the Northern Cardinal found last Sunday by Thomas Heinrich. The bird was seen this morning at 9:30 in Hawthorne Gulch in North Boulder, only two blocks from where the bird was first seen. Directions: Drive north on Broadway to Hawthorne (or one block south of Iris) and go west. Drive all the way to the end of Hawthorne and park. Continue on the trial that switchbacks along the gulch for about 200 yards. The bird was in the vicinity of the pump house.
