By 11 am, Adam Jack's Mtn. Bluebird (male) flock had migrated from the
entrance of Coal Creek Canyon
northward to an area east of Plainview.  As I sat in my car and watched,
the birds gradually moved north and
east while feeding from mullein and tall stalks of grass.  What a sight!

At this rate, by tomorrow morning, these hungry birds might be in south
Boulder looking for insects in the snow.
It might be time to stock up on meal worms!
