I went back to photograph the Long-billed Curlews off Roxborough Rd (with my good camera) and got some nice photos and video. I scanned the west side of the road towards a Prarie Dog community and spotted a Burrowing Owl at a hole. I watched as it disappeared into the hole. A few minutes later a much smaller owl head appeared in the whole. Next I noticed an adult quite a distance away from the first hole. All a nice surprise.
