On a walk around Fountain Creek Regional Park this evening we came across an *Eastern Phoebe* just south of the 'Grandfather Cottonwood'. The bird popped out of a willow, wagged its tail a few times, then flew off towards the Nature Center pond. In the same area there was a beautiful active Great Horned Owl. There were a few other good birds around, but it was expectedly pretty quiet in the evening.
