Hi Cobirders. March came in Saturday with cold, clouds and fog from the east
and snow from the west causing a white out in Denver on I-25
104 cars piled up going south about 11AM .

A good day to stay home. Lots of birds here the usual mostly when I noticed a
Robin in the Chokecherry. It is a male first in the yard since
December. Probably set up a territory here soon. Number 16 this year for
yard.

March 2 Sunday , 2 inches of snow cloudy temperature up to low 20s. Early a
female Flicker was on the roof of the small feeder by the
kitchen window and went to feeder drum then went to the roof above where the
furnace pipe is and started a vibrant drumming ( not like the
males that is louder and longer) . She has been here by her self since January.
Not sure what that means. It stopped at the suet block on the
patio for breakfast.

Today Monday the 3rd already.

More will be coming.
