This afternoon, Dan and I found a Glossy Ibis associating with 7 White-faced
Ibis in the pond across from the model airplane field at Cherry Creek State
Park. The birds were methodically feeding in the cattails at the periphery
of the pond, and in the wet field to the west of the pond. They disappear
for long periods while in the cattails, but make periodic appearances that
allow a fairly close look.
