Dear Audubon Society, I wanted to inform the Fort Collins and Denver chapters of the Audubon Society that CSU will be hosting a public lecture on the 100th anniversary of the extinction of the Passenger Pigeon. The seminar will be delivered by Dr. Stanley Temple, a world-renowned avian ecologist and Professor Emeritus at the University of Wisconsin Madison. The talk will be at 6 pm Monday September 29th in 131 Behavioral Sciences at CSU: http://maps.colostate.edu/default.aspx?location=33 Dr. Temple was hoping the public would attend his talk so we are trying to advertise it widely. Could you please distribute the attached announcement to your membership? Thanks in advance!
