That hotspot has been in existence for years and has garnered a lot of checklists and species:
*Bobcat Ridge Natural Area * *Larimer, US-CO* *Year-round, All Years* *171 SPECIES* *309 CHECKLISTS* In the past few days, a birder who must not have realized a hotspot was already there, proposed a new one called "Bobcat Ridge NA." I tried to disallow that redundant one, but it slipped through and 11 birders used it. IF you submitted a checklist to the one named "Bobcat Ridge NA" you need to go to your "my bird" then to "my observations" and edit or change the name of the location you chose to the existing hotspot Bobcat Ridge Natural Area, please. It is very helpful if you check to be sure there is not an existing hotspot where you want to propose one. . Just FYI, eBird hotspots are allowed to use only a few abbreviations and "NA" is not one of them. That is why you will see every hotspot named with "State Wildlife Area" written out, for example. If you have any questions about this or the process of changing the location, I will try to help.
