Driving through the DIA Owl Loop yesterday afternoon, I was turning west from Trussville Road and had to stop quickly, there in the field in front of the burned out plane was a Burrowing Owl. He flew to the north field across the road. Hope he makes it through the weekend with the snow forecasted. Got photos of him before he flew and posted a couple on FaceBook.
