A short field trip in the rain this morning at Starsmore Discovery Center

we saw and heard a MacGillivray's Warbler working the Choke Cherries near
the lower picnic area on the Lower Columbine Trail. Also see were
Orange-crowned and Yellow-rumped Warblers, Pygmy and White-breasted
Nuthatches, Black-headed Grosbeak, Western Bluebirds, House Finches,
American Robins, Violet-green Swallows, Red-tailed Hawk, Stellar's Jay,
Common Raven, etc. The bird list has been reported to the festival and
