Hey guys!
Hope everyone is drying out and getting some much needed sunshine! I have had
one Green-tailed Towhee under my feeders since Saturday. Skiddish guy but I've
gotten some great pics. I've also had another White-crowned Sparrow join his
buddy from Friday making a total of two WCSP. Wonder if and when they'll ever
migrate or if I get to enjoy them all summer. I have many House Finches and as
of yesterday have two fledglings following mom and dad around but not
attempting to feed from my thistle sock. My Broad-tailed Hummingbirds have also
ramped up quite a bit with 2 males guarding the feeder from their respective
posts. I did have a juvenile male Black-headed Grosbeak fly in early Sunday
morning but haven't seen him since. Have a great week everybirdy! ;-)
