I observed this warbler from 8:28-8:32am today. My fifth attempt, and so happy to have seen such a beautiful bird! It was present for about a half hour before I saw it, observed by the homeowners and by Andy Bankert.
When the warbler left the feeder, it flew into the pine tree on the other side of the east fence. I couldn't tell if it stayed there or moved elsewhere, and I had to leave. I want to add my thanks to Luke and his entire family for being not just tolerant but welcoming and supportive of all the birders invading their backyard.
