Rocky Mountain Wild is hosting Colorado Endangered Species Week, May 14-20
this year. And, we have a Gunnison sage-grouse event scheduled that may be
of interest to people:

*Tuesday, May 16, 6:30-8:00 pm*
*Stand With Gunny*
*Belmar Library, 555 S Allison Parkway, Lakewood, CO*
Rocky Mountain Wild and Audubon Society of Greater Denver are partnering to
bring you an educational and advocacy night for Gunny sage-grouse! Betsy
Neely from The Nature Conservancy will discuss climate change strategies
and action for Gunnison sage-grouse. We will also screen a fun locally-made
short film about the bird, and present advocacy actions you can take to
ensure Gunny’s survival. This event is free to the public, but we do have
limited space, so be sure to
register! https://rockymountainwild.regfox.com/stand-with-gunny

If you are interested, there are other events throughout the week that
focus on other species as well, as well as a roller derby bout on May 20
where we will also have our Gunnison sage-grouse advocacy opportunities at
a booth: http://rockymountainwild.org/cesw

Thanks!
