Hi:

In the DU area of Denver this morning, a neighbor found a fledged Eastern
Screech-Owl wobbling around in the middle of the street, picked it up and
placed it in a safer location near where the parent was calling. The fledged
owl was the cutest thing I’ve seen. I obtained an iPhone picture but I have
know idea of how to “glue" it onto this Cobird message for all to see. Since
the Eastern Screech-Owl is locally common in the DU area and presumably also
locally common in similar landscapes in urban Denver, this little guy maybe the
first documented breeding record for Denver?
