WELD COUNTY: —A Northern Bobwhite was reported near Weld CR 61 and the South Platte by GeneRutherford on June 17. —A Stilt Sandpiper was reported at Beebe Draw by Steven Mlodinow on June 16. —2 Snowy Plovers were reported at Union Reservoir by Steve Mlodinow on June 9; and by Darla Anderson on June 10. —Updated status of Black Phoebe by Nicholas Komar on June 6: The territorial Black Phoebe continued singing this morning between 5:30 AM and 7 AM on both sides of the CR13 bridge over the Cache La Poudre River, straddling the border between Larimer and Weld Counties. It spent the first hour perched atop a small dead tree in Larimer, and then flew to a small dead tree in Weld, always on the south bank. Also of interest was an incessantly singing Red-eyed Vireo about a half mile west of the bridge, heard from the paved Poudre River Trail.
