May 17 Today we were only able to get in two hours of banding before the winds picked up. It was a slow morning and notably quiet around the banding station. We banded a total of 7 birds of 5 species:
Least Flycatcher: 1 Wilson's Warbler: 1 Brown Thrasher: 1 Bullock's Oriole: 2 Yellow-breasted Chat: 2 We are open 6 days a week (closed Sundays), weather permitting. This week we'll be opening nets around 6:10 and closing around 11:10. Come visit!
