I watched a pair of Blue Grosbeaks today at Dixon Lake gleaning something from a small elm (I think) near the gate at the north entrance. When I looked at the leaves of the elm it seemed like at least 3 different insects/diseases were making a mess of the leaves. So I'm not sure what they were dining on.
